The Mantrailing Awards are not a competition but a fun way to help track progress and tick off variable exercises you've done as you come to progression sessions with me. 
 
You will get an A5 printout that you can keep in your car with your Mantrailing gear, so that you always remember to take it to sessions with you. On each session I will tick off up to 3 exercises. 
Once you have completed Level 1 you will get a certificate and a pin badge to show completion.  
 
If you've been trailing with me for a while I can backtrack the last 2 months of your trailing.
